To ensure quality, all orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Once your package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Estimates
We use reliable, insured carriers to deliver your ZenPulse essentials. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- North America (USA & Canada): 7-12 business days (including processing time).
- UK, EU & Switzerland: 7-12 business days (including processing time).
- Rest of the World (including non-EU Europe): 10-20 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. While we strive to get your products to you as fast as possible, delays may occur during peak seasons or due to international customs processing. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, please allow for slight variations during exceptionally busy periods or customs checks. We are always here to track your package if you have any concerns.
